Who We Serve
Older Adults
As adults advance in age, they may need a helping hand in their homes with challenges including chronic health conditions, disability, nutrition challenges, inadequate or costly housing, frailty, and behavioral health conditions.
Boston Senior Home Care help older adults aged 60 years and over stay where they want to be – safely at home and in their communities on their own terms, with dignity and independence.
We offer a variety of programs and long-term services including personal care, medication management, meal preparation and Adult Day Health programs for socialization, all designed to support the physical, behavioral, and emotional care of older adults and enable them to keep living in their place of choice.
Proper care of older adults starts with our case managers connecting with caregivers and families. We will assist with eligibility requirements and help you choose the appropriate services based on your individual needs and preferences.

People with Disabilities

As an ADRC (Aging and Disability Resource Center), Boston Senior Home Care provides services to people with physical and developmental disabilities and serious mental illness, regardless of their age or disability.
We serve individuals with disabilities (ages 3 and older) and their families with a range of special needs home care services and resources, including case management, long-term supports, adult family care, health care for dually eligible individuals enrolled in Medicare/Medicaid, adult day health care, housing options, options counseling, and in-home caregiving services, such as dressing, bathing, transportation arrangement, and meal preparation.
Our programs ultimately help special needs caregivers provide support for people with disabilities so they can remain at home and in the community with dignity and independence.

Who Are We?
Boston Senior Home Care is a private, nonprofit organization that provides case management, person-centered care planning, home care and long term services and supports to those who wish to remain in the community but require assistance to do so. One of 24 Aging Services Access Points (ASAPs) in Massachusetts, Boston Senior Home Care is committed to providing the best assistance possible for those in need.
Although the majority of the people we assist are over age 60, we offer long term services and supports for children and young adults. We also provide programs and education initiatives for those serving as caregivers and information about maintaining a healthy lifestyle and controlling chronic disease at any age. We are proud of our organization, our staff, and the people we serve. We have been a part of the Boston community for more than 50 years and we love what we do.
