Alicia M. Gomez is chief operating officer of Boston Senior Home Care, a nonprofit serving thousands of older adults across Massachusetts. With more than 30 years of experience in medical and community-based social work, she has dedicated her career to strengthening systems that support healthy aging. Alicia holds an MSW from Salem State University, an MBA, and is a licensed independent clinical social worker and board-certified patient advocate. As a member of the Sandwich Generation, she brings both professional expertise and personal experience to her advocacy for older adults and family caregivers. She also enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Sue Ash is a longtime grassroots advocate who played an active role in the Marriage Equality Act movement in Massachusetts. With an extensive professional background in executive Business Operations and Human Resources leadership, Sue has held senior roles across Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations. Outside of work, Sue enjoys gardening, travel, and the outdoors, and is the author of Fabulous Facts, a lively and interactive Q&A trivia book highlighting accomplishments of the LGBTQ+ community. She resides in Barre in Worcester County, with her wife, Rena.
