BEI’s Information Specialists can answer any questions you have and give you valuable information about the services and supports that are right for you and your loved ones. They will:

Once we’ve gathered your information, our experienced case managers step in to provide further assistance.
Eligibility and Enrollment: Receive guidance on eligibility criteria and enrollment processes for our services.
Objective Information: Get unbiased insights into long-term services and supports to make informed decisions.
Resource Referrals: Access assistance with referrals to community-based resources such as home-delivered meals and Adult Day health programs.
Person-Centered Care Plan: We prioritize your choices and preferences to ensure that your home care decisions are respected.
Future Planning: Our case managers will assist with follow-up and help you plan the next steps on your caregiving journey.
