Nominate an Honoree!

Help us recognize organizations making a difference in the Boston community.

Each year, Boston Senior Home Care honors remarkable organizations that have improved the lives of older adults, people with disabilities, and caregivers with the Community Advocacy Award.

This year is especially meaningful as Boston Senior Home Care celebrates 50 years of serving the Boston community. We will recognize organizations that truly inspire us at our 50th Anniversary celebration in the fall.

Tell us which organization you think deserves recognition for their contributions toward making community inclusion and aging in place a reality for all.

Award recipients will be honored at our 50th Anniversary gala in the fall.

*Each awarded organization will be invited to speak at the event and will receive an award of $3,000.

  • An organization serving the needs of older adults,  people with disabilities, and/or caregivers.
  • Preference will be given to organizations that have demonstrated outstanding leadership and contributions in making a difference in the lives of underserved populations in the Boston community.

Award recipients and their nominators will be notified in mid-February and will receive complimentary tickets to the 50th Anniversary celebration to be held in this fall, 2024.
